RACE PACK COLLECTION

Participants may empower a duly authorised representative to collect the Race Entry Pack on their behalf in accordance with the procedure detailed on the Official Website if they are unable to collect it in person.
It is the responsibility of the Participant to collect her Race Entry Pack during the Collection Period. Late collection will not be entertained and the Race Organiser shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused due to Participants’ inability to collect their Race Entry Pack. The Race Organiser is also not obliged to extend the Collection Period or to ensure that a Participant receives her Race Entry Pack. Race Entry Packs not collected during the Collection Period will be deemed to be unwanted, and the Race Organiser shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly. Participants without their race bibs (which can be found in the Race Entry Packs) are strictly not allowed to start the race.

OSIM Sundown Marathon Singapore 2023 will be held on 20 May 2023, Saturday at the F1 Pit Building.

- 5KM Run(Kids): 4 to 12 years as of 20 May 2023. Adult supervision by a registered
- 5KM (Adult) participant is required.
- 5KM Run (Youth): 13 to 17 years as of 20 May 2023
- 5KM Run (Adult): 18 years and above as of 20 May 2023
- 10KM Challenge (Individual): 13 years and above as of 20 May 2023
- 21.1KM Half Marathon: 16 years and above as of 20 May 2023
- 42.195KM Full Marathon: 18 years and above as of 20 May 2023
You can make payment by VISA/MasterCard/Amex through the online payment portal which you will be directed to after you’ve duly completed your registration.
Yes. All fees are inclusive of GST.
Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration. Your unique Registration ID will be reflected on the confirmation slip.

Yes, you are able to change your race singlet by writing an email to us at [email protected].
*Singlet size selection is on a first come first served basis. Any changes must be made before 28 April 2023 subject to availability.
No exchanges are allowed.
Participants who successfully complete the race in their registered race category will be awarded a Certificate of Participation. This entitlement will not apply to participants who are unable to complete the race within the stipulated cut-off timings, are disqualified or did not complete the race.
Race Certificates are only applicable to timed race categories. This includes 10KM, 21.1KM Half Marathon and 42.195KM Full Marathon.
Your Race Certificate will be made available on the Official Website within a month after the race for download.

Baggage deposit will be made available to all runners. Runners are encouraged to arrive early to deposit their bags and avoid any delay as a queue is expected.
While maximum care and security will be enforced, the race organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items. Participants who choose to use this service may do so at their own risk.
Yes. Participants without their assigned race bib will be refused entry into the starting pen.
Yes, there will be a timing chip for all categories except the 5km fun run.
Unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a finisher medal, finisher tee-shirt and finisher certificate.
No. All 5KM race categories will be in the same flag off.
No refund will be made if the race is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
